The aim of our Department of Turkish Language Teaching Undergraduate Program is to train Turkish language teachers for secondary schools affiliated with the Ministry of National Education.

Our Department has two professors, two associate professors, two assistant professors, and one assistant research assistant.

In addition to developing competence in teaching Turkish as a native and foreign language, we aim to ensure that our students embrace the fundamental understanding and values ​​of teaching, as well as national and universal values, are well-equipped in teaching and learning skills, possess effective communication skills, creative and critical thinking skills, and are dedicated, ethical, and enterprising.
